Kimco Realty, the largest national owner and operator of local shopping centers, is offering small business start-ups the chance to apply for a free year of rent in the Sacramento region.
Kimco is providing this opportunity to qualified business owners who sign up for a business boot camp, hosted by the California Small Business Development Center. The camp is scheduled for three consecutive Wednesdays and is $50 (this covers lunch and resource materials). Topics focus on marketing fundamentals, how to prepare business plans, fiscal planning, and sales projections.
