Archon Group Snags LakePoint Buildings for Cool $75M

Archon Group, The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. real estate and investment management branch, bought seven office buildings in the Charlotte LakePointe Office Park this month, for $75 million.

The buildings total 675,000 square feet and were acquired by an Archon-managed LLC company, this month.

Archon Group was founded in 1996 by Goldman Sachs and is based in Irving, TX. The company manages real estate investments that total a staggering $59 billion in North America, Europe, and Asia.
